Claire has a particular interest in streamlining processes within an organisation and finding efficiencies to be gained in organisational processes.
Claire was a finalist in the 2007 Telstra Business Women of the Year Award for the Community and Government Sector.

Profile - Mark Keyworth
Mark brings an additional dimension to our team with his diverse experience. The services he provides include:
- Preparation of Business Plans and Strategic Studies
- Feasibility and due diligence
- Preparing or reviewing financial policies and procedures
- Governance training and general governance advice, particularly with respect to the CATSI Act
Mark currently manages a relatively small group of our larger clients. Mark believes that a key to any Organisation meeting it’s aims is that they have appropriate financial systems and processes, and for this reason, he provides a “best practice” approach to service provision.
Mark has had a lengthy career in the provision of various financial services. He has almost 20 years’ experience working with “Big 4” Accounting firms both in Alice Springs and interstate. Mark initially obtained Management, Communication and Report writing skills whilst working for Insolvency Practitioners in NSW and SA and more recently has prepared a considerable number of Business Plans, and other similar plans and reports. Mark first came to Alice Springs in 1990 and for most of this decade he worked directly for various Aboriginal organisations, including 2 years at 2 homeland communities on APY Lands, SA. Mark has had extensive experience working with not for profit organisations.
Mark has travelled extensively through southern NT, APY Lands in SA and to several Ngaanyatjarra communities in WA.

Profile - Nicole Neck
Nicole started her finance career working with the Northern Territory Government (NTG) about 14 years ago. Whilst working for the Government Nicole undertook a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and branched into an NTG Business Manager role which helped cement her theoretical studies with practical experience. Nicole then went on to complete her Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification and became a Finance Consultant for the Government, providing accounting and business advice mainly to NTG Schools. After a while Nicole decided to join ClarityNT in 2014 to gain some Business Services experience and in particular support her keen interest in taxation services. Nicole now enjoys working in the areas of audit, taxation services and financial statement preparation for our ClarityNT clients and as she has completed further taxation studies, intends to obtain her Tax Agent Registration in the near future.
Nicole was originally born & raised in Alice Springs however is now located in Darwin where she works remotely for ClarityNT, mainly supporting Alice Springs small businesses and not-for-profit entities.

Nicoletta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 2004 she won the Young Business and Professional Women (Australia) Award and 2005 NT Finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for the Australian Government Private and Corporate Sector Award and Panasonic Young Business Women’s Award.

Brooke is currently studying a Diploma in Accounting at CDU. She has Cert III and IV(which she received an award for)
She loves learning new things and would like to expand into doing tax returns and audits. Enjoys riding and volunteering at the local BMX club.
Profile - Carmen Cuellar
Carmen came to ClarityNT with a wide range of experience in Project and Team Management.
Prior to starting with ClarityNT in September of 2018, Carmen worked for 2.5 years as an administration officer and Bookkeeper for an aboriginal corporation in a remote community. Carmen currently holds her Cert IV in Business and is currently completing her Bookkeeping Qualifications.
Profile - Janet Curtis
Janet is an experienced bookkeeper and client service manager who worked for years as the payroll manager for an aboriginal owned corporation.
Janet has been apart of the ClarityNT team since June of 2018 and has moved from an administrative role to taking a more involved roll in bookkeeping and client administration.
Profile - Kim Cole
Kim is an Alice Springs Local, having been born and raised here in town.
Kim has over 10 years’s experience in office administration including over 4 years in the corporate accounting setting. In addition to her administrative work she has worked as an executive assistant as well as office supervisor. Having started with ClarityNT in 2019 Kim quickly took to streamlining the ClarityNT Office, and improving internal processes.
Profile - Calvin McAdams
Calvin moved to Alice Springs in June of 2016 from Washington D.C. Prior to moving he oversaw the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Team for the United States Army where he was heavily involved in the development of internal controls and process improvement. Prior to his work with governmental accounting Calvin served for 5 years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army and Calvin has also Completed the U.S. Army Financial Management Career course and served one tour as a Finance Officer overseeing all U.S Army Funding in Kosovo.
Calvin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Citadel, a Military University in the United States, and is scheduled to complete his Master’s in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination in 2020.
